When to use this template

  • Replying to "this is not a priority this quarter" without sounding defensive
  • Preparing for an objection you expect on your next call
  • Comparing a concise reply with a more consultative one before answering

How to get a useful result

  1. Paste the prospect's exact words. "Too expensive" and "we have no budget until March" call for different answers.
  2. Include what has already been said in the deal, so the reply builds on the conversation rather than repeating your pitch.
  3. Treat the clarifying question as the most important line. An objection is often a symptom, and you may not yet know of what.

What this template does—and its limits

The AI can only suggest what an objection might mean; the prospect is the one who can tell you. Check any claim before you use it. Parampt prepares the instructions and never contacts anyone.

Start by explaining possible interpretations of the objection and what to avoid. Then suggest a natural response that acknowledges the perspective, asks a clarifying question, reframes the issue, and proposes a proportionate next step. Give 3 variations: concise, consultative, and respectfully challenging.
