Using the service
You may use Parampt only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping sign-in links and credentials secure, and ensuring that the content you save or submit does not violate another person’s rights.
What Parampt does
Parampt stores and organizes prompt templates, turns variables into reusable forms, keeps versions and assembled-prompt history, and provides public templates and guides. The optional AI builder can help create or refine a prompt template. Unless a feature explicitly says otherwise, Parampt prepares prompts rather than producing or verifying the final response from another AI tool.
Your content
You retain responsibility for prompt content and values you submit. You give Parampt the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you choose. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal information unless you have the authority and a suitable reason to process it.
AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. Review generated templates and any later AI response before relying on them. Do not use Parampt as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance advice. Usage limits, model availability, and provider behavior may change, and a failed or interrupted provider request may still consume a credit when the provider may have incurred work.
Free, Lifetime, and credits
The current Free plan includes up to 5 saved prompts and 10 AI credits per month. The launch Lifetime offer is $29.99 USD as a one-time payment for the first 100 users and includes the current feature set, unlimited prompt storage, full Prompt Market access, and 500 non-expiring AI credits once. Lifetime is not a subscription and does not promise every future product, third-party service, or feature. Separate credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire under the current product rules.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes payments and may collect the payer’s name, billing address, and payment details. Prices and the payment schedule are shown before checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may depend on your location or provider. Refund rights and mandatory consumer protections remain governed by applicable law; contact support with the invoice or receipt reference if a payment needs review.
Acceptable use
You must not use Parampt to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, abuse usage limits, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, misrepresent generated content as verified, or post personal or confidential information to community suggestions. Parampt may restrict activity needed to protect the service, providers, or users.
Public resources
Public templates and guides are general starting points, not guarantees of a particular result. Review them for your context. Unless a page states otherwise, you may adapt the text for your own legitimate work, but you may not copy the Parampt product, branding, or public collection wholesale to create a competing directory.
Availability and account closure
Parampt may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, provider, legal, or product reasons. You may delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes workspace content as described in the privacy notice, while limited financial records may remain where required for legitimate accounting and payment purposes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parampt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular business outcome, or the accuracy of AI-generated material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for reviewing prompts, outputs, decisions, and the data you choose to provide.
Changes and contact
These terms may change when the product, providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. Material updates will appear here with a revised date. Questions can be sent to hello@parampt.com or through the contact page.
