Privacy notice

How Parampt handles your data.

This notice explains the information Parampt processes when you browse the public site, create an account, save prompts, use AI-assisted creation, submit feedback, or make a purchase.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Who is responsible

Parampt is responsible for the product data described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@parampt.com.

Information we process

  • Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, account status, and sign-in records.
  • Workspace content: prompt templates, variables, categories, versions, generated prompt text, and the values you choose to save.
  • Product activity: feature events and operational records needed for security, reliability, quotas, and abuse prevention. Analytics events are deliberately limited and do not include prompt text, variable values, or email addresses.
  • Billing records: plan, purchase, credit, invoice, checkout, customer, and payment-reference data. Parampt does not store your complete payment-card number.
  • Affiliate attribution: the partner link used, attribution dates, an internal conversion reference, purchase status, commission, and payout records. Affiliate partners do not receive buyer email addresses or Stripe identifiers.
  • Community content: suggestions and votes you deliberately post. Suggestions are visible to other signed-in members.
  • Support communications: the content and contact details you send when asking for help.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide authentication and the workspace, save and retrieve your content, process purchases and credits, prevent abuse, operate support, improve product reliability, understand aggregate feature use, and comply with financial or legal obligations.

AI-assisted creation

When you deliberately use Create with AI or Convert with AI, the conversation and relevant workspace category names are sent to OpenAI through its API to create or refine a prompt template. Parampt requests that the provider does not store the API response for model training by sending store: false. The conversation content is not stored in Parampt’s AI-usage accounting table; token and cost metadata may be retained for quotas and operations. Prompts you choose to save are stored in your workspace.

Browser extension

When you connect the official Parampt browser extension, it receives a revocable credential that can retrieve the prompts and variables in your library. The extension inserts only the prompt you deliberately choose into the active text field. It does not collect or transmit your AI conversations, browsing history, passwords, or the contents of unrelated fields. Connection identifiers, device labels, creation dates, expiry dates, and limited last-used timestamps are retained for security and shown in Settings. You can revoke a browser connection at any time.

Supported AI websites receive the prompt only when you insert it into their composer, in the same way as manual typing or pasting. Their handling of that content is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Prompt generation from variables happens locally in the extension; variable values are not sent back to Parampt by the initial extension release.

Parampt's use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

Parampt relies on service providers to operate the product: Supabase for authentication and the PostgreSQL database, Vercel for hosting and privacy-filtered product analytics, Stripe for checkout, invoices, receipts, and payment processing, OpenAI for optional AI-assisted prompt creation, and Google Ads and Meta Ads for advertising measurement only after you allow it. These providers process data under their own service terms and may process it in countries where they or their subprocessors operate.

Cookies and measurement

Google Ads and Meta Ads measurement is optional. No Google or Meta advertising script or advertising cookie is loaded before consent. If you allow it, eligible page visits, advertising click identifiers, pseudonymous conversion references, and purchase amount and currency may be sent to those platforms; prompt content and email addresses are excluded. You can refuse without losing features, change the choice through Cookie settings in the footer, and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals block analytics in Parampt. A first-party, HttpOnly affiliate-attribution cookie may be set when you deliberately follow a Parampt partner link. It contains a signed random visit reference, is not shared with advertising networks, and expires after the attribution window shown by the partner program. Essential authentication and security storage may still be required for signed-in features.

Retention and account deletion

Workspace content remains available while your account exists or until you delete it. You can permanently delete the account from Settings; this removes authentication and workspace content, suggestions, votes, AI usage records, pending checkout records, and affiliate attribution that never led to a purchase. Limited financial and converted affiliate records are retained after deletion when needed for invoices, refunds, partner payments, accounting, fraud prevention, and payment-webhook reconciliation. Service providers may retain records under their own legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can update your email, export your prompt library, adjust advertising measurement, and delete your account from the product. Depending on applicable law, you may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Email hello@parampt.com so the request can be verified and handled securely.

Security and changes

Parampt uses access controls, server-side authorization, encrypted HTTPS transport, bounded inputs, and provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
