When to use this template

  • Preparing a first call with a prospect you have only researched online
  • Getting ready for a stakeholder you have not met, such as a VP joining a second call
  • Giving a newer sales colleague a structure they can adapt

How to get a useful result

  1. Separate what you know from what you suspect. Assumptions written as facts lead to questions that confirm them.
  2. Pick the three or four topics that matter most. A 30-minute agenda rarely survives every question, so decide in advance what you can drop.
  3. Use only public or approved information about the prospect, and leave confidential details from other clients out of the prompt.

What this template does—and its limits

The AI has no access to the prospect's real situation and cannot verify your research. Treat its questions as a starting point, and let the prospect's answers change the conversation.
