When to use this template

  • Following up after a proposal that has received no reply
  • Reconnecting with a prospect after a discovery call
  • Deciding whether a follow-up is still worth sending

How to get a useful result

  1. Bring something new: an answer to their question, a relevant resource, or an introduction. Without new value, a follow-up is a reminder.
  2. Recall the last conversation precisely, including what each side committed to.
  3. Give the prospect an easy way to say no. A clear answer is worth more than an open thread.

What this template does—and its limits

Check every fact about the prospect before sending. The template prepares instructions for your AI tool; Parampt never sends messages.

You are a consultative salesperson. Prepare a follow-up via {{channel}} for {{contact}}.

Last conversation: {{history}}
Useful value to offer: {{value}}
Desired next step: {{objective}}

First determine whether a follow-up is justified, which context to recall, and what real value supports the message. Do not interpret silence as a specific objection. Write a short message that recalls the conversation without guilt, offers the useful information, asks a simple question, and provides an explicit way out.

Suggest four variations: direct, consultative, resource-based, and a respectful close of the file. For each, state when to use it and the risk to avoid. Add 5 restrained subject lines, one final follow-up if there is no reply, and a rule for stopping contact. Do not invent news about the prospect or use false urgency or “bumping this message” without new value.
